Our small, friendly Mortgage Broker Company
provides a free service for clients who require residential mortgage finance.
Our aim is to give excellent service so that finance is arranged as fast and as
smoothly as possible. We also offer the following services: House and Contents Insurance,

Apa
Fatialofa - Director/Mortgage Broker
Apa is the founding Director of
Mortgage Care Ltd, which he formed 1997. Prior to this
Apa had 14 years banking
experience with ANZ/Postbank, 7 of those years as a Branch
Manager. He was also one of the first ANZ Mobile Managers.
He is an expert in Residential
Lending, and
has attained the "Essentials of Mortgage Broking"
Certificate. Apa is a member of the New Zealand Mortgage
Broker Association. |

Peter
Milne - Mobile Mortgage Broker
Peter has had 22 years banking
experience with ANZ, including 8 years as a Bank
Manager. Peter also has 16 years experience in lending
specialising in Residential
Lending, Investment Properties and Debt Consolidation.
Peter has attained the
"Essentials of Mortgage Broking" Certificate
and he is a member of the New Zealand
Mortgage Broker Association. |

Louis
Kapeteni - Mobile Mortgage Broker
Louis joined Mortgage Care in October
2004. He has had a successful career, being
in the bank for 5 years and also in the purchasing industry
at management level.
Louis is bi-lingual, being fluent in English and Samoan.
Louis has attained the
"Essentials of Mortgage Broking" Certificate
and he is a member of the New Zealand
Mortgage Broker Association. |
